Johnny Howard Jr. began his coaching journey at the age of 18, displaying a relentless passion for youth football. He embodies the 8 D's of success in his coaching philosophy: defense, determination, dedication, durability, dependability, direction, desire, and discipline. With a commitment to fostering well-rounded athletes, he shapes the future of aspiring players through these core principles.
Coach Johnny was Hired by Coach Foggie in 2009, marking a pivotal moment in his coaching career. Following that, he dedicated four years to Park Center High School and another two years providing valuable assistance at Redwing High School. Shaped by the influence of his father, a long-time coach and community activist in the Frog Town community, Johnny carries a rich legacy that has played a significant role in molding him into the dedicated and influential man he is today.
