Born and raised in Mexico City, Diana's journey to success began early. Armed with a law degree from the prestigious Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico, she embarked on a career that saw her rise to become one of the youngest Legal Directors of a Mexican real estate company by the age of 29.

But Diana's ambitions didn't stop there. She pursued further education, earning her Master’s degree in American Jurisprudence from the University of Minnesota Law School. Stepping into yet another male-dominated industry, Diana became the sole owner of Perfect Ash, a premium cigar lounge in the Twin Cities. Under her leadership, Perfect Ash flourished, earning accolades as one of the premier spots for cigar aficionados.

In 2020, Diana transitioned to become the Head of International Affairs for The Hutton Firm PLLC, where she continues to make waves in the legal field. As a bilingual and bicultural international attorney, she navigates complex legal matters with finesse, all while staying true to her roots and advocating for Spanish-speaking clientele.

Johnny Howard Jr. began his coaching journey at the age of 18, displaying a relentless passion for youth football. He embodies the 8 D's of success in his coaching philosophy: defense, determination, dedication, durability, dependability, direction, desire, and discipline. With a commitment to fostering well-rounded athletes, he shapes the future of aspiring players through these core principles.

Coach Johnny was Hired by Coach Foggie in 2009, marking a pivotal moment in his coaching career. Following that, he dedicated four years to Park Center High School and another two years providing valuable assistance at Redwing High School. Shaped by the influence of his father, a long-time coach and community activist in the Frog Town community, Johnny carries a rich legacy that has played a significant role in molding him into the dedicated and influential man he is today.

🏈 Meet Our Special Teams Maestro - Coach Javon Hering!

Joining the Minnesota Myth as the Special Teams Coordinator for our inaugural season is Coach Javon Hering. A Minnesota native, Hering commenced his football journey as a punter at the University of Minnesota-Crookston (D-II) and later transferred to South Dakota State University (FCS), where he completed his studies in Sociology and Criminal Justice.

Having earned national recognition as the 13th best punter in the class of 2014, Hering seamlessly transitioned from player to coach. His coaching career kicked off as a volunteer specialist coach at Eastview while in college. In 2019, Coach Hering seized the opportunity to lead the special teams unit at Carleton College (D3), achieving top 3 rankings in the conference's major statistical categories.

In 2021, Hering elevated his coaching prowess at Midwestern State University (D2) in Texas, guiding his athletes to all-conference, all-region, and all-Texas honors. Under his leadership, the team secured the 2021 Lone Star Conference Championship, setting program records along the way. Coach Hering also served as the guest punting coach for the University of Arkansas' Razorback Specialist Camp in 2022.

With an expanded role at Missouri Western State University in 2022, Coach Hering continued to excel as the Specialist Coach.
